Welcome u all for "Back Opening "

( Read in Chinese after this )


I welcome u all for new class. Those will join this class plz  Remember this  1. Keep empty stomach (at list 2 hrs gap in between class and food) 2. Bring:  three blocks,  water bottle, small Towel & ( belt if u have ) 3. When enter in the class don't waste time in talking each other (seat with close eyes and focus on the breathe) it's very important thing for opening your back. Avoid those have Back pain / injury And those have weakness problem.




歡迎你們來上我的新課程。有幾點請大家記住: 1。保持空胃(上課與用餐之間至少間隔2小時)。2。請攜帶:3塊瑜珈磚、瓶裝水、小毛巾(瑜珈繩如果你有的話)。3,進入教室後請不要把時間浪費在閒談(坐在你的瑜珈墊,閉上眼睛,專注在呼吸)這對背部開展是非常重要的事。有背痛或背部受傷等問題的會員請勿參與這堂課。感謝你的支持
